Leads the U.S. Retina Marketing team in Eye Care, with accountability for the vision, strategy, execution, and performance of both in-line and launch products. Sets portfolio and brand priorities; translates customer, market and competitive insights into differentiated strategies; and ensures disciplined investment and execution across the product life cycle. Leads and develops the Retina Marketing team and orchestrates cross-functional partners to deliver business objectives and make a remarkable impact on patients. Demonstrates a P&L ownership mindset and a One AbbVie perspective in all decisions.
