About the Role We're hiring a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive measurable growth outcomes across Chime Enterprise's B2B2C funnel — the path that turns eligible employees at our employer partners into enrolled, funded, and engaged Chime members. Chime Enterprise is Chime's B2B business, with a vision to be the premier HR benefits platform dedicated to holistic financial wellness. Our flagship product, Chime Workplace, gives employers an all-in-one financial wellness suite at no cost — spanning capital management (including MyPay at Work), capital growth, credit building, and rewards and loyalty (Salt). Sales and Customer Success win and onboard employer partners; once a partner is live, we gain access to their workforce — their eligible employees.…
