We are seeking an exceptional Growth Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team to build the foundational systems and operations that will support our full client book of business as we scale – creating a center of excellence for program management, data attribution, maximizing the ROI of our investments, and driving innovation in our data & marketing tech stack. This role will report to the VP of Growth Marketing. The Growth Marketing Operations Manager will build the workflows & systems to manage our rapidly growing client book of business across email, SMS, direct mail, print, and swag channels.
