About the Role We are looking to bring on a strategic, solution-oriented, and data-driven retention marketer to join the Core Marketplace retention team. In this role, you will focus on launching and iterating on CRM programs that drive growth and retention for our core business on DoorDash. The ideal candidate is able to think big picture and ideate on the Cx lifecycle in one moment, and seamlessly transition into the weeds of campaign execution and reporting in the next. They have experience building consensus with cross-functional teams, building trusted relationships with cross functional partners, and excel at making data-informed decisions to accomplish campaign and business objectives.…
