The Role We're hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own and amplify the go-to-market motion across CockroachDB's partner and ISV ecosystem. We're looking for someone with strong partner marketing experience, enough technical fluency to speak credibly about what we build, and a track record of turning partnerships into structured, measurable programs that drive awareness and pipeline. You'll work closely with partner engineering, alliances, and product marketing to build co-marketing campaigns, partner launch playbooks, and joint GTM programs that strengthen CockroachDB's position across cloud, AI, and ISV ecosystems. You must be based in New York City to be eligible for this role, and will be expected to go into our office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.…
