About the role Marketing Operations (MarOps) at Justworks builds and runs the systems and capabilities that maximize Marketing’s ability to deliver against its mission. MarOps enables us to know our customers, execute the customer journey, ship great experiences, understand our performance, and safely leverage agents to scale our impact. You’ll be joining Justworks at an inflection point in our business. Our top company objective this year is to change the shape of our growth by transforming how we go to market and engage customers.You will play a key role in accelerating this transformation by building the next generation of our MarOps function.
