ATHLETE MARKETING Collaborate with the Regional Marketing and National Athlete Marketing teams to develop a comprehensive athlete marketing strategy for athletes within your designated region and focus areas. Establish individual athlete goals and target outcomes aligned with the international and national sports marketing strategy. Identify and recruit new talent, ensuring that the most promising U.S. athletes are recognized and in a position to join the roster. Develop tailored marketing, communication, and performance plans for each managed athlete. Ensure athletes and key opinion leaders have a deep understanding of product efficacy and effective communication strategies.…
