About this job

The Facilities Project Manager organizes, coordinates, and delivers facility construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across one or more sites, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, and contractors to keep workplaces functional, safe, and aligned to organizational needs. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for facility construction, renovation, relocation, and major maintenance projects, including scope, schedule, and budget. Develop project scopes of work, estimates, and timelines; prepare formal specifications and bid documents as needed.…
