In this role, you will: Lead and scale global teams overseeing Contingent Workforce Management and Corporate Travel & Expense operations. Define and execute strategic roadmaps to modernize policies, systems, and governance across global mobility and non-employee talent. Partner with business leaders to align external talent strategies with organizational priorities and workforce planning goals. Direct vendor ecosystems and supplier partnerships to drive quality, fulfillment velocity, and fiscal discipline. Modernize tech stacks and automated workflows across T&E platforms, VMS, and expense tools to drive efficiency and audit-readiness. Champion a data-driven culture, utilizing program analytics and user feedback to benchmark performance and elevate service delivery.…
