About this job

Within a global, business-aligned team, the Manager will lead a group of negotiators responsible for negotiating a broad range of Master Trading Agreements and related documentation for funds and clients across multiple products. Agreements include (but are not limited to) ISDAs, CSAs, MSFTAs, MCAs, Prime Brokerage Agreements, GMRAs, MRAs, Triparty and Clearing Agreements, as well as ancillary documentation required to support trading relationships. In addition to people leadership and oversight, the Manager will personally negotiate a portfolio of agreements, typically including higher-risk, higher-complexity matters, while providing strategic direction and coaching to the team.…
