Where you will WORK As Assistant Operations Manager for our Underwriting Operations business, you will be responsible for the management of underwriting support staff. You ensure the team achieves all service delivery, timeliness, productivity, and quality goals and identify and communicate regulatory compliance issues. This includes people-management responsibilities, encompassing coaching, feedback, goal setting, and staff development.
