This Opportunity WSP is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Preconstruction Manager to support our Transportation Facilities practice in Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic. This is a hands-on project delivery role for someone comfortable managing public-sector transportation and facility projects from planning and preconstruction through bidding, construction and closeout. The successful candidate will work directly with clients, design teams, contractors and WSP leadership and will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, procurement, project documentation and overall project delivery. The position is intended for an experienced project manager who can independently manage assignments while also contributing to larger transportation and facilities programs.…
