Role Summary The Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of one or more programs or complex projects within the Program Management function. Reporting to the Director, Program Management, this role manages scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication for assigned programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that meets business objectives. This is an individual-contributor role requiring strong hands-on program/project management skills, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously. The Program Manager applies established governance standards and escalates risks or issues to the Director as needed.…
