The Massachusetts eHealth Institute (MeHI) is the designated state agency for growing the digital health ecosystem in Massachusetts. MeHI strengthens the digital health ecosystem in Massachusetts by building partnerships among health care organizations, researchers, academia, technology companies, accelerators and policymakers to ensure that health care innovation benefits all individuals across our state. In 2025, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid released a notice of funding opportunity for all states to support the goals of the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has contracted with MeHI to administer four programs through RHTP.…
