The Opportunity As a Client Success Manager at Coursedog, you'll be the trusted advisor helping customers centralize and simplify their academic operations with our platform. You'll navigate complex customer relationships across multiple departments within each institution to drive product adoption and deliver measurable value. Working closely with Account Management, Product, and Support teams, you'll own the end-to-end customer success journey—from onboarding through expansion—while building lasting partnerships that transform customers into brand advocates.
