If you are an energetic Operations Manager looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based out of Pasadena, TX, the Operations Manager defines and implements strategic plans that are aligned with the North American and Global Flow Controls Strategies within their operations locations. The Operations Manager owns site P&L (Budget, POR, Growth & Profit Plan) and is responsible for optimizing business performance through effective management of resources and operations. Operational oversight includes, but is not limited to: safety, quality, production, maintenance, labor and employee relations, and other production-related activities as well as coordinating with the Impact Partner to meet or exceed customer requests.
