What You'll Do As our Veterinary Practice Manager, you’ll help keep the hospital running smoothly while empowering the team to succeed. Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships. Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members. Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and support fair, consistent personnel decisions. Partner with hospital leadership to identify staffing needs and improve workflows. Build positive client relationships and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records and support compliance with hospital policies, OSHA requirements, and DEA and controlled-substance procedures.…
