About the Role: As the Fleet Operations Manager within our Fleet Operations and Safety Department, you will oversee autonomous truck operations at our Fort Worth site. This is an on-site role. You will own federal and state requirements, safety and compliance, people management, and fleet administration, reporting to the Director of Fleet Operations. You will oversee the testing safety process, dispatch and recovery of test vehicles, and testing objectives, while ensuring regulatory compliance for a Class 8 test fleet and making sure all processes and policies are followed as directed. Responsibilities include business plans and deliverables, daily fleet operations, procurement and financials, safety, logistics, inventories, site onboarding, and vendor negotiations and administration.…
