Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards and HCM, Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager, HCM Systems to join our world-class People organization as we scale at a rapid pace. As a key member of the People team, this role will be responsible for harnessing our mission, values, and culture to provide strategic direction, in partnership with IT, manage projects and priorities for Workday HCM, Greenhouse, and other HR applications. This position is located in Palo Alto and works a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) This role is responsible for HCM strategy including incorporating AI into our existing and future processes/tools, developing the business roadmap, requirement definitions, business process design, user testing, Workday operational reporting, change management, business readiness,…
