Project Manager - Construction

About this job

Ability to oversee several projects at the same time. Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion, with demonstrated knowledge of all areas of construction and M.G.L. Ch 149 procurement. Provide proactive planning, project management to assist project teams and ensures project coordination among all parties and stakeholders. Manage project procurement activities. Coordinates & obtains all necessary regulatory permits. Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed. Manages on call design professionals (house doctors), general contractors, on call contractors and construction manager partners and oversees their work. Reviews work orders and amendments from house doctors.…
