THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE We're looking for a Group Product Manager who understands that this role is not coordination — it's ownership. This is a player-coach role: you'll lead and develop the Product Managers who own Onchain Compliance, and you'll personally drive the most important initiatives in the portfolio. You're accountable for what your team ships and for the caliber of the PMs who ship it. You'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for TRM's Onchain Compliance products, serving financial institutions, fintechs, crypto businesses, and regulators, and the outcomes your team delivers: adoption, retention, and ARR. - Leading: Hire, coach, and develop PMs. Give direct feedback, know each PM's growth areas, and step in early when a PM or project starts to slip.…
