TechFlow Inc. is seeking a results-driven Field Quality Manager (FQM) to support checked baggage maintenance operations at airports across the United States. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the FQM will play a critical role in upholding quality standards, strengthening operational performance, and driving continuous improvement to enhance system reliability, reduce overhead, and ensure timely issue resolution. This hands-on, customer-focused role partners closely with regional and local customers, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain compliance, protect operational integrity, and deliver exceptional service. The position is primarily home-based and requires up to 75% travel, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on airport operations nationwide.…
