This role combines technical leadership, business partnership, and people management within a complex financial services environment. Major Duties: Help define and execute the strategic roadmap for HFS Applications. Partner with business and technology teams to deliver effective and scalable software solutions. Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives and drive successful execution. Promote modern engineering practices across C++, UNIX, microservices, NoSQL, cloud-native development, and CI/CD.
