About the team + role Robinhood is seeking a Senior Manager, Valuation to lead and execute valuation analyses for private company investments, minority equity stakes, and other illiquid financial instruments held across the organization. This role will partner closely with Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting (TAFR), Corporate Development, and the RHV Private Markets Valuation Committee to ensure valuations are well-supported, defensible, and compliant with US GAAP (ASC 820, ASC 321/323) and SEC reporting requirements. This role reports into Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting (TAFR) leadership and works closely with the RHV Private Markets Valuation Committee.…
