WSP is currently initiating a search for Transportation Management Center Operations Manager! Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the Hudson Valley Transportation Management Center (HVTMC). This position oversees operations staff and works closely with the NYSDOT TMC Director and regional transportation, emergency response, and partner agencies to ensure effective 24/7/365 TMC operations. The position reports directly to the NYSDOT TMC Director. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily TMC operations and operations staff. Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate TMC staff. Ensure appropriate staffing and operational coverage for 24/7/365 operations.…
