Role Description Senior Associate – Living (Project Manager) at Arcadis leads the planning and execution of multifamily/residential Living projects, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions that improve people’s everyday lives. Role Accountabilities Attend RFP meetings and lead proposal development with multi-discipline input to define scope and budget. Manage and prioritize all project activities under direct supervision, ensuring high service and client satisfaction. Apply Arcadis project management methodology and internal processes. Lead multi-disciplinary teams through all project phases—from planning through delivery. Oversee documentation, budget controls, schedules, cost control, quality assurance, and post‑implementation reviews.…
