You will help manage day to day renewals business operations while owning and coordinating key business activities, operational processes, and follow-through priorities to ensure the renewals business runs efficiently and consistently. Help drive renewal performance and business outcomes, while monitoring renewal pipeline, retention, attrition, and expansion performance; identify risks and opportunities; and coordinate actions to improve recurring revenue results. Lead cross-functional execution and Partner with Sales, Renewals, Customer Experience, Finance, Product Management, and Operations to resolve issues, remove execution barriers, and align teams on business priorities.…
