About this job

You will be responsible for strengthening the Engineering & Construction (E&C) organization’s operational excellence in this cross-functional specialist role. The role establishes and maintains project delivery processes, supports global QA/QC programs for owner supplied major equipment manufacturing (inverters, modules, trackers, transformers, etc.), and serves as the primary interface between the U.S. E&C team and Repsol’s Technical Optimization Team in Madrid. The role ensures that E&C teams deliver projects efficiently, consistently, safely, and in alignment with Repsol’s global technical standards, lessons learned, and continuous improvement objectives. The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.…
