Under the direction of Manager, support with daily activity of Spa Operation Contribute towards the sales goals of the spa by increasing product and service sales Provide superior customer service to all members, prospects and guests Maintain cleanliness and esthetic appeal of The Spa Able to work opening/closing shifts, work 5 days at 6 hour shifts (30 hours a week) minimum Assists day-to-day staffing and basic member issues relating to Spa Answer emails, phone calls and voicemails in a timely and professional manner Create and maintain professional business relationships with members and Spa guests Assist with managing, maintaining, and restocking of Spa inventory Assist with training and onboarding for new staff members Help create and manage staff schedules for Spa department Help run…
