The HCP Promotions Manager plays a key role in driving impactful healthcare professional (HCP) promotional programs across AbbVie’s non-Facial brands, including SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, Latisse, CoolSculpting, and Natrelle. This role partners closely with Brand Marketing, Finance, Business Technology, Analytics, and cross-functional collaborators to bring promotional strategy to life in a way that supports business growth, field execution, and seamless customer experience. This position is responsible for operationalizing HCP promotions end-to-end — from discovery and planning through promo SKU creation, testing, validation, system configuration, deployment, and performance tracking.…
