About the Role The Partnerships Account Manager supports Charlie Health’s Partnerships team by ensuring top notch patient experience and referral source experience for our go-to-market channels. You’ll play a critical role in supporting patients’ journey into care with Charlie Health, while maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our internal systems — helping ensure that every client seeking care can be connected to the right treatment pathway without delay. You will be responsible for educating key stakeholders about our offerings, addressing access barriers, and designing programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of employee populations. You will be both internal- and patient-facing in your day to day, driving significant access for patients and referral sources alike.…
