The Pool Manager leads the daily operation of the poolside food and beverage outlet at The Knox, Auberge Collection. This hands-on role oversees service, team performance, and outlet readiness, creating a relaxed and polished experience for hotel guests and residents. The Pool Manager works closely with culinary, rooms, and other food and beverage leaders to deliver attentive service and support the outlet’s financial goals. Lead daily pool outlet operations, ensuring service areas are prepared, clean, and properly stocked. Welcome guests and maintain a visible presence throughout the outlet, responding promptly and discreetly to requests or concerns. Hire, train, schedule, coach, and support team members; set clear expectations for service and performance.…
