The In-Room Dining Assistant Manager leads the daily operation of in-room dining at The Knox, creating thoughtful, seamless dining experiences for hotel guests and residents. Reporting to the Director of Restaurants, this role oversees service, team development, and operational standards while partnering with culinary and other departments to deliver personalized hospitality. Lead the in-room dining team and oversee daily service, ensuring orders are delivered accurately, promptly, and with polished presentation. Set a warm, discreet, and personalized tone for guest interactions, responding to requests and resolving concerns with care.
