About this job

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of working onsite in Traverse City three days per week. Your Leadership in Action Lead the Clinical Informatics department, including staff development, performance management, and operational oversight. Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational leaders to optimize EHR performance, quality, patient safety, and efficiency. Direct workflow redesign and process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical and operational outcomes. Establish and implement EHR best practices, standardization efforts, and performance improvement strategies across the organization. Partner with IT and clinical leadership to evaluate, implement, and optimize new technologies, system upgrades, and clinical applications.…
