The Global Security Training Manager is responsible for the implementation, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of the Global Security training program and learning initiatives in alignment with the Global Security training strategy and operating model. This role aligns training programs with business priorities, regulatory and compliance expectations, Global Security policies, and operational readiness requirements across regions and functions. The Training Manager applies established methodologies for training needs assessment, curriculum design, delivery, documentation, and effectiveness measurement to support audit readiness, workforce preparedness, and sustainable capability development across Global Security.…
