KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Lead and primary point of contact for select national construction projects. Interact with, coordinate, and serve as liaison between architect, superintendent, property manager, general contractor, real estate professional, vendors etc. and internal stakeholders. Contribute to cross-department teams, advising on lease renewals or relocations, presenting rent calculations and project budgets to local, regional, and national Red Bull stakeholders. Interface with brokers and legal counsel to edit leasing documents and recommend favorable lease provisions. Perform facility visits to overview construction progress, troubleshoot site conditions, design issues, and recommend corrective actions.…
