About the Role As a Sourcing Manager at Navan, your mission is to stand up version 2.0 of our sourcing team and play a critical role in helping clients land the ideal venue, hotel, or location for their events. Sitting at the vital intersection between sales and managed services, you will anticipate, support, and analyze client sourcing needs with high adaptability and client obsession. In this role, you will focus on reducing time-to-source and driving sourcing accuracy while directly informing product development decisions to support company growth.
