In this position... Ford Motor Company Supply Chain is seeking a high motivated and results-driven leader to shape and define a newly created role with enterprise-wide impact. As the IPTS Resiliency Manager, you will strengthen the powertrain and powertrain installation supply chain by identifying critical risks and single points of failure (SPOFs), developing mitigation strategies, and driving continuous improvements in resiliency. Working across IPTS Purchasing, you'll align leaders around shared priorities, turning strategy into coordinated action that builds a stronger, more agile supply chain.
