The Opportunity: As Manager, Business Analytics - MDS, you will establish and grow the business analytics capability that enables executive decision-making across Mattel Digital Studios. You will transform product, operational, portfolio, and financial data into executive insights, portfolio visibility, and decision support that improve governance, prioritization, and business performance across MDS. You will develop executive dashboards, portfolio reporting, business intelligence and analytics, and analytical frameworks that provide leadership with a consistent, trusted view of business performance.
