The Operational Manager is responsible for coordination and management of the overall program, including supervision of site supervisors. the placement of adults and children in out-of-home care and final approval of all home studies. Two priority areas of responsibility include hiring, orientation and ongoing training of high-quality staff, supervisors and independent contractors, and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible.
