Assist Security Manager as directed and assume responsibility for department operations in the Manager’s absence. • Provide security, safety, and protection for guests, employees, and property and company assets. • Manage security staff and personnel-related matters including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, evaluating, and discharging. • Assume supervisory control of department in the absence of Security Manager. • Supervise, perform and respond to normal or emergency duties requiring moderate to strenuous physical exertion. • Assist security officers with assigned duties when necessary. • Direct and coordinate the actions of security personnel and other involved employees during emergencies.…
