The Real Estate Portfolio Specialist is responsible for a growing portfolio with the Bosch North America Business Divisions (North America regions). This position will be responsible for the following scope of activities, but not limited to: Main contact for specific internal client portfolios in the North America region Lead end-to-end leasing activities, from defining user requirements and workspace layouts to negotiating "Heads of Terms" and managing broker networks and legal counsel for new leases, renewals, relocations, etc. Data analysis and management for selected portfolio Develop internal approval documents for all required approvals incl.…
