Kong is looking for a Senior PLG Digital Growth Manager to build and scale the digital growth engine behind our product-led motion. This role will own Marketing's targets for qualified product signup growth and the strategy, experimentation, and execution required to achieve them. You'll focus on improving the journey from digital discovery through signup, while using downstream activation and product behavior to continuously improve the quality of users we acquire. This is a hands-on growth role. We're looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build a strategy, and roll up their sleeves to launch and optimize experiments—not simply recommend what other teams should do.…
