The Portfolio Analytics Manager or PMO Tools & Insights Lead is responsible for establishing and leading the technology, reporting, analytics, and data governance capabilities that support the Enterprise IT Project Management Office (PMO). This role serves as the primary owner of ServiceNow SPM, portfolio reporting, project data quality, executive dashboards, and analytics capabilities that enable informed decision-making across the IT portfolio. The position partners closely with PMO leadership, business stakeholders, finance, and delivery teams to ensure project, program, portfolio, financial, and strategic planning data is accurate, accessible, actionable, and aligned with organizational objectives.…
