Purpose of the Job A Senior Journal Manager (JM) is responsible for independently managing the end-to-end operational process of journal publication. You will delight authors and reviewers on your journal portfolio, optimizing journal system configurations and workflows to maximize customer satisfaction. You will build and maintain excellent relationships with journal contacts, and actively contribute to a collaborative, dynamic Journal Operations team. You will ensure that journals operate and progress in the most effective and efficient way, and to the right quality and publication speed standards, in line with Journal Operations strategy.…
