The Role As our Aircraft and Test Facility Manager, you will oversee both aircraft operations, maintenance, and the physical test facilities ensuring safety, compliance, and operational readiness. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of technicians at multiple facilities. Oversee the build and operation of test labs, support equipment, and hangars. Manage the maintenance, inspection, and readiness of company aircraft supporting corporate, development, and flight test operations. Coordinate aircraft modifications, test installations, and facility improvements to support program objectives. Establish maintenance schedules, work priorities, and resource plans to ensure high availability. Partner with product development to support test and certification activities.…
