As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across strategy, engagement leadership, engineering, content, experience design, data and AI, performance marketing and corporate functions, finding people who combine deep craft expertise with commercial judgment, client empathy, practical AI fluency and ownership for measurable outcomes. Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll partner with hiring managers and leaders to define what strong talent looks like, identify candidates from both expected and adjacent markets, and create selection processes that distinguish polished interviewers from people who can solve problems, build solutions and deliver results.…
