Arcadis is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Controls Manager to support data center and mission critical capital programs. This primarily remote role will manage cost controls across tenant fit-outs, retrofits, technology modernization, connectivity projects, and ground-up construction. The ideal candidate can deliver accurate financial insight, identify risks early, and support informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Role accountabilities: • Manage budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasts, cash flow, accruals, work-in-place, and estimate-at-completion reporting. • Review contractor and vendor invoices, payment applications, change orders, labor and unit rates, markups, and supporting documentation.…
