Cage Shift Manager

About this job

Responsible for the operations of Cage and Credit during their assigned shift to include effective scheduling, completion of all necessary accountability/compliance duties, paperwork, and to ensure effective service and coordination. Constantly schedules, coaches, and evaluates Main Cage, Banks, and Booths for optimum performance & service. Constantly ensures proper and effective accountability of funds during the shift. Frequently completes required accountability and compliance paperwork for the shift. Frequently coordinates with shift managers/supervisors of other departments to ensure timely, courteous service. Constantly promotes outstanding guest service and resolves guest related issues. Constantly performs credit/check-cashing duties within the scope of his/her authorized levels.…
