Summary Assist the Project Manager with the planning, coordination, execution, and financial oversight of heavy civil construction projects, including highways, bridges, drainage, earthwork, and related infrastructure. Supports project operations by coordinating project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, budgets, and contract requirements to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
